"Pierres & Puzzles" (Stones and puzzles) is an exhibition in the Museum of Prehistory in Bougon (France)
The exhibition is a dialogue between my Stone Puzzles (more than 30 works: stones, poster book, video, photos, drawings, art book...) and a large collection of flints loaned by five French museums of Prehistory*.
I had the opportunity to design entirely the set-up of this large exhibition (almost 200m square), from the shape of the wall and the windows to the quality of the ground, so that I can say that whole exhibition is an art installation (like Blackout or Elements).
Some of the flints were made by Neanderthal Man, they are more than 150 000 years old like this beautiful jade with red and yellow colors..
